एक करोड़ 

आलिशान बंगले के ड्राइंग रूम में मौत का सा सन्नाटा पसरा हुआ था।  शिवनारायण और उनकी पत्नी गहरी सोच में डूबे थे। उनका पुत्र मनोज 

बार बार अपना पसीना पौंछ रहा था।  उसकी शादी को अभी दो महीने ही हुए थे। शुरू शुरू में सब ठीक था लेकिन पिछले कुछ दिनों से उसकी पत्नी रोमा ने घर में तूफ़ान उठा रखा था। रोमा अपना ब्यूटी पार्लर चैन खोलना चाहती थी और उसके लिए उसने अपने पति से १ करोड़ रूपये की डिमांड कर दी थी।रोमा ने अपने पति और सास ससुर को अल्टीमेटम दे दिया था कि अगर उसे २४ घंटे में १ करोड़ रूपये नहीं मिले तो वह अपने ससुर पर बलात्कार और दहेज़ का केस लगाने में बिलकुल नहीं हिचकेगी। इसीलिए घर में मातम छाया था। मनोज मायूसी से अपने कमरे में घुसने लगा तो उसे रोमा की आवाज़ सुनाई दी।  रोमा  अपनी किसी सहेली से बाते कर रही थी। 

- " तू देखती जा अब मैं  कैसे   इनको बन्दर नाच नचाती हूँ  , इनको नाको चने न चबवा दिए तो मेरा नाम रोमा नहीं। अगर मुझे अगले २४ घंटे  में  मेरी रकम नहीं मिली तो फिर देखना  " रोमा ने बिफ़रते हुए अपनी सहेली से कहा। 

- " आख़िर तू करेगी क्या ? " सहेली ने जिज्ञासा से पूछा।

- " दहेज़ , नारी उत्पीड़न और बलात्कार का ऐसा केस डालूँगी कि इनके चूले हिल जाएँगी "।  रोमा ग़ुस्से से बोली थी। 

- " अपने ही पति पर बलात्कार का केस ? पगला गयी है क्या ? कोर्ट नहीं मानेगा ....." सहेली ने झिझकते हुए कहा। 

- " अरे , बलात्कार का केस पति पर नहीं अपने ससुर पे डालूँगी। पूरे समाज में इनका मुँह काला करुँगी। "

- " लेकिन तेरे ससुर ने ऐसा कुछ किया क्या ? "सहेली ने पूछा 

- " अरे वो बुड्ढा क्या करेगा , उसके बस का भी कुछ नहीं है लेकिन क़ानून वही मानेगा जो मैं कहूँगी " रोमा ने दृढ़ता से कहा था। 

उधर ड्राइंग रूम में शिवनारायण ख़ामोशी से अपनी नई नवेली संस्कारी  बहू के नाम १ करोड़ का चेक  काट रहे थे।

मैं आपको एक तरही मिसरा दे रहा हूँ इस पर लिखने की कोशिश करिये। जे ए के द्वारा दिया गया मिसरा हो सकता है आपको सूट न करे। तो मिसरा है

काफिया आ की मात्रा वाला है

जैसे झमेला ,सबेरा, बसेरा, धेला, फेरा, डेरा, तेरा, मेरा, अकेला, खेला, चेला, करेला ,आदि।

पहले दिये मिसरे को ऐसा भी कर के ग़ज़ल कही जा सकती है।इसका काफिया होगा

यह सालिम बहर मतलब शुद्ध बहर है जिसमें एक ही रुक्न 

फऊलुन का प्रयोग किया गया है।इसमें कोई दूसरा रुक्न नहीं मिलाया गया है।  फऊलुन  मुतकारिब बहर का रुक्न है ।यह चूँकि यह  चार बार मिसरे में आया है इसलिए यह मुसम्मन कहलायेगा। इस प्रकार इसका नाम हुआ

 मित्रों नमस्कार

रदीफ काफिये के साथ चिपकी होनी चाहिये। मिसरे में अगर रदीफ अलग थलग लगे मतलब ऐसा लगे कि रदीफ जबरदस्ती चश्पा किया गया है तो रदीफ का वहां कोई औचित्य नहीं। रदीफ सार्थक है या नहीं इसका सरल पहचान है कि रदीफ को हटाने के बाद यदि शेष बचा अंश अपने आप में वाक्य पूर्ण हो रदीफ बेकार जबरदस्ती वहां फिट किया गया लगता है। उदाहरण के लिये -

आप जो हमसे दूर गये

दिल से हम मजबूर गये

आप न थे तो क्या थे हम

आपसे मिल मशहूर गये

स्पष्ट है रदीफ काफिये का प्रयोग नियमानुसार किया गया है परन्तु पहली पंक्ति में ही रदीफ चश्पा हुई है और बाकी में पंक्ति में नहीं। आप खुद सोचिए 

मजबूर गये, मशहूर गये में दोनों में मतलब मजबूर के साथ गये जोड़ने का और मशहूर के साथ गये जोड़ने का क्या मतलब निकलता है। क्या आपको नहीं लगता कि यह गये शब्द को जबरदस्ती ठूसा गया है।

इसको ऐसा करके देखें

आप जो हमसे दूर हुये

दिल से हम मजबूर हुये

आप न थे तो क्या थे हम

आपसे मिल मशहूर हुये

और दोनों में फर्क महसूस करें।

शहर और जंगल  - प्लेटफॉर्म

वह जो प्लेटफॉर्म के अँधेरे कोने में 

बैठी है थकी हारी उदास  

हाँ , मैं जानता हूँ 

उस अबला का इतिहास 

जन्मभूमि  ही जिसकी हो प्लेटफॉर्म 

क्या बताऊँ उस अबला का नाम 

जाने कौन है बाप उसका 

जाने कौन महतारी है 

पर यक़ीनन 

वह हिन्दोस्तान की सम्माननीय  नारी है। 

प्लेटफॉर्म ही था उसका परिवार 

था वही उसका घर 

भीख माँग कर करती थी गुज़र 

फाँका करती थी प्लेटफॉर्म की धूल 

उसने कब जाना पाठशाला स्कूल 

बीत गया ऐसे ही बचपन उसका 

रीत गया ऐसे ही बचपन उसका 

एक रात अचानक 

भीख मानता बचपन जवान हो गया 

चंद लोगों के मनोरंजन का सामान हो गया 

बाल सँवारे काजल डाले 

जब चलती थी इठला कर वह 

लगा होठों पर लाली 

बजती थी कहीं सीटी , बजती थी कही ताली 

अल्हड बदमस्त जवानी थी उसकी 

फैली दूर तक कहानी थी उसकी 

छोड़ दिया था माँगना उसने भीख 

पैसा कमाने की कला गयी थी सीख

Ghazal Lesson _ रदीफ़ के दोष

 रदीफ़ के दोष

1. रदीफ़ का हर्फ़ बदलना- रदीफ के बारे में  स्पष्ट है कि ग़ज़ल में हम रदीफ को या इसके किसी अंश को नहीं बदल  सकते ।

उदाहरण के लिये

झूठ का वो रो गया 

और सच्चा हो गया 

मेरे सब सच झूठ की 

वादियों में खो गये

यहां रदीफ़ है- गया

लेकिन आगे रदीफ बदलकर गये कर दिया जोकि ग़लत है।

2. तहलीली रदीफ-शेर में ऐसे शब्द का प्रयोग करना जिसमे काफिया और रदीफ योजित हो जाएँ और दोनों का पालन हो जाए ऐस रदीफ को तहलीली रदीफ कहते हैं।

उदाहरण-

सब से मिलता है जो रोकर 

रह न जाए खुद का हो कर

ले मजा आवारगी का 

मंजिलों को मार ठोकर

मत्ला के अनुसार रो, हो काफिया है और कर रदीफ है मगर दूसरे शेर में ठोकर शब्द में काफिया और रदीफ संयोजित हो कर प्रयोग हुए हैं अर्थात् रदीफ काफिया के साथ चस्पा हो गई है, इसे तहलीली रदीफ कहते हैं।

(अरूज की कई किताबों में तहलीली रदीफ को दोष माना गया है मगर इस विषय में कुछ मतभेद हैं क्योंकि तहलीली रदीफ को कुछ अरूज़ियों ने दोष न मान कर गुण माना है कि इस प्रयोग में काव्य क्षमता का प्रदर्शन होता है इसलिये इसे दोष मानना उचित भी नहीं है।)

3. रब्त न होना-जब शे'र में रदीफ का कोई अर्थ नहीं निकल पाए अथवा रदीफ़ का शब्द बेवजह ठूँसा गया मालूम पड़ता है तो इससे शेर में हल्कापन आ जाता है, इसे जानने का सबसे सरल उपाय यह है कि रदीफ़ को हटा कर देखा जाए, अगर वाक्य विन्यास पर कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ रहा है तो रदीफ भर्ती की मानी जायेगी।

उदाहरण-

आप जो हमसे दूर गए 

दिल से हम मजबूर गए 

आप न थे तो क्या थे हम 

आपसे मिल मशहूर गए

स्पष्ट है कि रदीफ़-कुवाफ़ी का प्रयोग नियमानुसार किया गया है, परन्तु पहली पंक्ति में ही रदीफ़ चस्पा हुई है बाकी में नहीं। मशहूर गये का कोई मतलब नहीं निकल रहा है।

इसको ऐसा कर सकते हैं

आप जो हमसे दूर हुए 

दिल से हम मजबूर हुए 

आप न थे तो क्या थे हम 

आपसे मिल मशहूर हुए

4. तकाबुले रदीफ-यदि गजल में मतला और हुस्ने मत्ला के अतिरिक्त किसी शेर (जिसके मिसरा-ए-ऊला में रदीफ नहीं होता है) से रदीफ का तुकांत अंश आ जाता है तो इसे रदीफ का दोष तकाबुले रदीफ कहा जाता है।

इसका कारण यह है कि शेर अपने आप में स्वतंत्र होते हैं और शाइर कहीं केवल एक शेर भी पढ़ सकता है अथवा कोट कर सकता है। इसे अधूरी रचना नहीं कहा जा सकता और तकाबुले रदीफ दोष होने पर कुछ भ्रम उत्पन्न हो जाते हैं।

स्वतन्त्र रूप से पढ़ने पर तकाबुले रदीफ़ दोषयुक्त शेर को पढ़ने वाले पाठक को उस शे'र के मत्ला होने का भ्रम होता है इस कारण ही इसे दोष माना जाता है। आइये जाने कि यह कैसे होता है।

उदाहरण-1

ये खुद तो जान गया हूँ कि क्या हुआ है मुझे 

तुझे ये कैसे बताऊँ तेरा नशा है मुझे-    मत्ला

वो हर्फ-हर्फ मुझे याद कर चुका है भले

 मुझे पता है कहाँ तक समझ सका है मुझे-शे'र

यदि हम मत्ला सहित इस दूसरे शे'र को पढ़ते हैं तो यह स्पष्ट कि दूसरे शेर में तकाबुले रदीफ़ का दोष है क्योंकि दूसरे शेर के मिसरा ए ऊला में काफ़िया का उपयोग नहीं हुआ है और हमें पता है कि काफिया लिया गया है-हुआ, नशा, सका अर्थात् 'आ' कि मात्रा और इन 

अशआर  में रदीफ "है मुझे" को सही ढंग से निभाया गया है।

परन्तु यदि हमें मत्ला न पढ़ने को मिले केवल दूसरा शेर पढ़ने मिले तब ?

भले और मुझे दोनों किसी शेर के स्वर काफिया जैसे लगते हैं और यह भ्रम पैदा करता है कि मतला में तो आ की मात्रा का काफिया है लेकिन आगे के शेर में क़ाफिया ही बदल गया।

इसलिये मतला को छोड़कर किसी अन्य शेर के ऊला मिसरा में रदीफ या उसका कोई अंश भले ही वह अंतिम शब्द की मात्रा ही, हो नहीं आनी चाहिये।

नहीं...नहीं ...रहने दो !

कैक्टस ही उगने दो 

पड़ने दो पानी

In india it rains in JULY - AUGIUSt.. The Indian name of the Rainy season is VARSHA RITU ( Rainy season and we have the month of SAWAN which meands a lot of dark clouds with a lot of water ,, newly wed girls go to their parents house and there they long for their husbands and lovers they sing songs of love and call their beloveds the rainy water does not cool them rather make them more hot when they bath in rainy water.. a lot of water every where .. small kid s make The Boats of paper and play many games .. Rain means much in villages..

Ανοίγουν  σήμερα τα σχολεία  παντού  σε ολη  την Ελλάδα τα παιδιά  βρίσκονται  στο δρόμο για το σχολείο  του το καθένα .  Άλλο έχει πάρει  το μονοπάτι της πλααγιάς , άλλο περνάει  το γεφυράκι του χωριού , άλλα στην πόλη  περιμένοθν το πράσινο φανάρι στη διασταύπωση .

- Γεια σας , φωνάζει ο λουκάς  από  μια δασωμένη παχούλα λίγο πιο πέρα ακούγονται κουδούνια από κοπάδι.

- Καλημέρα , φωνάζει η Δεσποινιώ από ένα δρομάκι κοντά στη Θάλασσα και κάνει σινιάλο 

με το μαντίλι της .

- Γιούχου , ξεφωνίζει ο Αριστείδης από ένα χωριό του κάμπου , ανεβασέωος στο τρακτέρ του πατέρα του .

- Good morning, Despinio calls from an alley near the sea and signals with her scarf.

बादल बरस कर गुज़र भी गए 

ऊदी ऊदी हवाएँ 

आईं भी और लौट भी गयीं

उतरती रही धूप 

शाम की जांघ पर 

नींद आ ही गयी

थके मांदे सूरज को 

पर न आई तुम 

बहुत देर लगा दीं तुमने आने में ,

किसे मालूम था 

जन्मों के सम्बन्ध 

पल में बिखर भी जाते हैं

लोग अपनी ही परछाई से 

सिहर भी जाते हैं 

संबंधों में आख़िर 

आ ही गयी दरार 

पर जाने कब और कैसे 

मैंने तो सिर्फ किया था प्यार 

लेकिन 

प्यार कोई रबड़ की गेंद तो नहीं 

कि दीवार पर मारें

और वापिस आ जाये 

शायद प्यार का अर्थ

 Good morning Jhansi Ji , Namaskar , I am Indu Kant Sharma here . I am forced to write this story to you for your review . Almost 10 months before when my earlier tenant vacated the house , I decided to give one iron Almirah to G S Exotica with the intention to open a Library for G S Exotica residents and Mr Murli agreed for this . But a week later I received a call from Mr Murali that the the Almirah had got rusted at bottom so can not be used . I told him that I will come in few days and settle it . After a fortnight I decided to sell it and talked to Security , The security told me that there is no such Almirah . I again called Mr . Murali and he told me that he gifted the almirah to  security . I again asked the security person about almirah . He told me that he sold it for Rupees 2000/ . It was okay for me if security had used it for his personal use but he sold it , so I asked him to return me the amount of 1900/ being 100/ for his services. Initially the security told that he will return on Salary day .I talked to Mr Murali also and Mr Murali also told me that the security will return my money on Salary day but the security person did not return the money . I again requested security and he told that he will give in instalments . I agreed for that also . But It never happened . Again I asked Mr Murali to discuss it with security Manager and arrange the return of my money . Mr Murali just gave me Manager's phone number . I talked to security Manager but he told me that he has nothing to do with this . Then I explained the whole story to Mr Bala ji 008 , as he is also Office bearer of G S Exotica . Bala Ji told me that he is not sure what discussion happened between Mr Murali and me but he told security to return . Bala Ji also told me that it is difficult to get money back from security so ultimately my almirah was sold by G S security and I did not get money . Many questions have popped up in this scenario - 1 Being President of G S Exotica does Mr Murali has a right to gift other persons's item without his permission ? 2 Is it not associations responsibility to take care of security ? 3 Can any thing go out of G S permises without any written document ? 4 Was association not able to deduct money from security manager's bill ? 5 Is it not association's duty to take care of something belonging to those who are not physically present there , I mean as I was not physically present there ,as association should take extra care . All are a phone call away . 6 Is it so because I am a North Indian ?  I have not raised this issue yet in open forum . I need your support to settle . The almirah belonged to my parents who both expired in Corona time . I am writing this to You for two reasons , firstly you are wife of Mr Murali , President of G S Exotica , secondly you are a fair person and very vigilant about G S Security . I had a private job  and have only EPF pension of 2 K monthly .At the age of 68 it is a burden for me . Hope you will resolve this issue ? Thanks and regards - Indu Kant Sharma - Owner of 303
