Moreover as we all know that Dr Ramesh kumar Angiras, Our father was a very intelligent person that's why he made his Will with some conditions which if not fulfilled as per his wish then the property may be equally distributed among all three legal heirs. The same intentions of Dr. Ramesh Kumar Angiras was appreciated by court that's why Will was not probated. Now as discussed with you that as per law of the land we all have equal share in the movable and immovable property which was also agreed by you then please tell how you will divide the share of each legal heir so that an amicable solution to the problem be arrived. Please don’t delay the matter and share transparent information about share of each legal heir in this group for further process of the case.

You have wrongly informed about time taken in legal heir process and WILL WAS VALID ONLY IN THE CONDITION OF PREDEMISE OF OUR MOTHER MRS. KRISHNA. That's why other situation were not mentioned in the Will. So now equal distribution of movable and immovable property should be done among all legal heirs

Dr Ramesh Kumar Angiras told me that he wrote two letters to you requesting you not to marry Rohit as it was an uneven match. Papaji asked Rohit in front of you that why he wanted to marry a widowed woman who is not only 12-13 years elder to him but also mother of two grown up children of marriagable age ?
And Rohit replied ' Because you take good care of his mother '
Papaji couldn't digest his answer as how his mother came in picture before marriage. Can you please share with us the two letters written by Papa ji to you. These letters will tell all his wishes.

Our father also gave you a substantial amount of money to ensure that the marriage goes smoothly. The photos are ample proof of that. Secondly as you know last time also you took my statement forcibly and fraudulently and I succumbed to your undue pressure. Now you are again adopting the same practice. Please don't visit my home and don't try to interfere in my personal life. Instead of being happy for me you are trying to diminish my and my husband's social image. Thirdly and most importantly I am leaving the group due to your continuous harrassment and unnethical tactics to force me in doing what you want me to.
