Joint meeting of the Executive and the Education Council
The Joint meeting of the Executive committee and the Education Council was held successfully in the Samiti Bhavan on Sunday 28th December 2025 at 11.00 a.m. under the presidentship of Shri C R Janardhan .

Condolence :
Smt. Shardabai , wife of Dr V.R.Devgiri , Vice - president of the committee , died of an heart attack on 31st October ' 2025 . She was a religious , social and cultured lady who always welcomed the guests with refreshments . Two minutes silence was observed in the meeting to offer prayers to the God to give peace to the soul of the deceased and give patience and strength to the mourning members of the family .
Agenda - 1 - Reinforcement of the details of previous committee and educational council
Proposal : The secretary appraised about the Minutes of the previous meeting and the actions taken . The proposal for the confirmation was unanimously accepted.
Agenda -2 : Cancelation of the memership of three disqualified selected members .
Proposal : After a long discussion three selected members were disqualified . It was agreed unanimously .
Agenda - 3 : Reinforcement and appointment of members in place of three disqualified members .
Proposal : Three vacant positions has been fulfilled with three members of previous committee namely as Dr G G Hegde , Dr B .Y . Tondiyal and Shri Shuqatali Nvaadgeekar. It is agreed unanimously .
Agenda - 4 : Shri Srinivas Reddy invited to join education council .
Proposal : President of executive committee Shri C. R. Janardhan has appointed Shri Shrinivas Reddy as the President of Education Council . It is agreed unanimously .
Agenda - 5 : Dr S. Somshekhar and Shri D.B.Chaneganv invited to join Executive Committee.
Proposal : When President seconded the names of Dr S. Somashekhar and Shri D.B. Chaneganv as Guest members of the Executive Committee , everyone approved the proposal unanimously.
Agenda - 6 : Consideration of complaint letters against the Secretary
Proposal : Consideration of two complaint letters received against the methodology of the secretary Dr A . Hanumayya has been postponed till next meeting of the committee. This postponement by the president was accepeted unanimously.
Agenda - 7 : Discussion over school related PTA
Proposal : A suit has been filed in the court in respect of school related PTA. Things are motionless because of Court holidays . Agreed unanimously .
Agenda - 8 : Consideration on Lingma's case
Proposal : Judicial case of fourth grade Lingma is under consideration .Things are motionless because of Court holidays .Agreed unanimously .
Agenda - 9 : Discussion on Examination Questioner Board and exams.
Proposal : Vice President Dr V.R. Devgiri informed that the list of Questioner Board has been prepared to run 2026 examinations smoothly . It is agreed unanimously .
Agenda - 10 : " Lekhan Vidhayen " book released.
Proposal : " Lekhan Vidhayen " , the book authored by Shri Wajid Khan and Dr V.R.Devgiri , released in presence of all committee members .
Agenda 11 : Any other Issue with President's permission
Proposal : Nothing.
