RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Punjab National Bank be and is hereby authorised to honour all cheques , drafts , bills of exchange , promissory notes and any other instruments made , drawn , accepted or endorsed for collection on behalf of the entity by the above mentioned officials and to act on any instructions so given , relating to account , whether the same be in credit or overdrawn or relating to the transacions of the entity .

 For Availing , Net Banking Financial Access Rights ( If Applicable )

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED THAT  the consent of the Board of Trustees / Managing Committe 

members be and is hereby given for availing the Netbanking - Financial , TPT Rights facility in respect of a Savings / Current Account / Fixed Deposit (s) being opened of the TRUST maintained with Punjab National Bank at it's Bhikaji Cama Place , New Delhi branch.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. Indu Kant Sharma ( Settlor / Trustee ) be and is hereby authorised to apply to Punjab National Bank for and on behlf of the TRUST and to operate the aforesaid account singly as an authorised signatory of the entity through Net Banking .

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT a copy of the aforesaid resolution be furnished to Punjab National Bank and Punjab National Bank is hereby authorised to do all such acts , deeds and things as may be necessary to give effect to this resolution .

And this resolution be communicated to Punjab National Bank and sahll remain in force until notice in writing of it's withdrawl or cancellation is given to   Punjab National Bank by the TRUST .
