रीडर्स बुक क्लब द्वारा नयी नयी  किताबों का परिचय दिया जाता है।  इस पॉडकास्ट में मार्क रेक्लाउ द्वारा लिखित " ३० दिन : आदतें बदले , ज़िंदगी बदल जाएगी " की जाकारी दी गयी है। इस पुस्तक में बताया गया है कि किस तरह अच्छी आदतों को अपना कर हम अपने जीवन को बदल सकते हैं और अपने लक्ष्य को पा सकते हैं। प्रत्येक दिन एक नयी  आदत को सीखे , एक क़दम आगे बढ़ायें।  २०१४ में मार्क रेक्लाउ  द्वारा लिखी इस किताब का अब तक १५ से अधिक  भाषाओं में अनुवाद हो चुका है। इस पुस्तक में ३० अध्याय हैं।  प्रथम अध्याय " अपनी कहानी फिर से लिखे " में इस बात को स्पष्ट किया गया है कि किस तरह हमें अपने अतीत को भूल कर आगे बढ़ना चाहिए।  हम नयी आदतों को सीख कर अपने जीवन में बदलाव ला सकते हैं और अपने भविषय को सुधार सकते हैं। इस सम्बन्ध  में एक फुटबॉल टीम का उदहारण भी दिया गया।  इस कंज़ोर टीम का कोच बदलने के बाद टीम ने केअनेक पुरस्कार जीते।

It is an online program in which the speaker is Mr Christopher. He welcomes all on behalf of  " Break the Flower Pot " one hour and one phone call . He talked about an earlier episode which was made on French culture . He thanked the FB audience where it was much discussed . Later he shared his conversation with anonymous caller , who was calling from Perth , western Australia. These host stories are full of fun where they speak about parenting , arrange quizes . They discussed about the lives of the people living in different cities of the world . Christopher called this Australian girl in midnight . They discussed about Perth city also .
